Thirty Fourth Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach

This week I went to two different places. On Thursday and Friday I went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It was fun I guess. I saw a big Condor. I saw tigers and other animals. We camped out on Thursday. It was really fun for me and my dad and my friend on Saturday. We went to the Thirty Fourth Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. It is so fun. This was the fourth time Ive been to the Grand Prix. Every year on April there is a three day event of racing. There were different types of races. On Saturday there was the celebrity race where celebrities race Scions to see who wins. The celebrity who won was Jamie Little. There was also drifting races. I got an autograph from Adrian Fernandez and Luis Diaz who are really good race car drivers. I went in a building with a lot of nice cars including my favorite car the Aston Martin. There was also my favorite type of race which was the American Le Mans Series race. On Sunday I went to the last day of the Grand Prix with my dad and my sister. We saw Mazda or Indy Lights race that day. It was so fun. Now my legs hurt form walking.

Weekly Random Pictures

Here are my weekly random pictures. I didn't do them over spring break. Sorry. Here are FIVE random pictures. They are based on the awesome band The Beatles. These pictures are like the Abbey Road album picture. There is the Simpsons on Abbey Road and Sesame Street on Abbey Road. There is also Legos and mutts on Abbey Road. The final picture is The Beatles NOT walking on Abbey Road.

Chaparrals

Chaparrals are located in small places of small parts of the world. There are different types of terrains here. Some are like rocky hills and flat plains. It is really hot and dry in the chaparral. It would be 10 degrees Celsius in the winter and 40 degrees Celsius in the summer. Fires are common here. Some animals that live here are jack rabbits, coyotes, mule deer, horned toads and alligator lizards.

Tundra

The tundras are a cold place with out any trees. It is cold at night and cold at day. It is snowy and there are ice glaciers. There are three types of tundras. They are the arctic, the antarctic, and the alpine tundra. There isn't that much vegetation. There is some soil. Animals that live there are penguins, polar bears, foxes, wolves, and even owls. These animals can adapt to this environment. The ice and snow s really fragile though.

Prairies

Prairies are another part of grasslands. It is located in the Temperate region. It is above the equator. Well of course there is grass. There is tall trees and hills. The climate is windy at times. It is hot at days and cold at nights. There are also mountains. Some animals that live there are deer and prairie dogs. That is what prairies are like.

Savannas

Savannas are located near the equator in the tropical region. It is hot at day and it is cold at night. It is dry. There is grass and boulders and cliffs. Some animals that live there are lions, elephants, giraffes and zebras. The largest savannas are in South America. There are rainy summers and hot winters. Wildfires happen a lot at the winter times. If there were no droughts and fires at the savannas it would be a tropical rain forest.

Marines Ecosystems

Marine Ecosystems are different parts under the sea. There is the Euophotic and Benthic zone have get enough sun light to keep small animals alive like plankton. They have things like coral. The Bathyal zone has some sun light. The final zone is the Abbyssal zone which has no sunlight at all. A fish that lives there is the angler fish.

Deserts

Deserts are hot. There are cactus and sand. There is also tumbleweed. The animals that live there are rabbits, snakes, and scorpions. There is sand and some grass. It is not clean though. There are rocks and boulders. I wouldn't like to live in the desert because it is too hot.

Any way the first one is a SUV dedicated to me. The next picture is Bart Simpson with a Greg Signature Skateboard. The final picture is Spongebob who went through some changes. I can't think of anything more funnier than that.

Rain Forests

Rain Forests are hot humid forests. They are located in the equator. Animals that live there are monkeys and frogs. Rain forests have different parts. The canopy has most of the animals and has plants and vines. The under story has some animals. The forest floor has moist floors and soil. Rain Forests are important because there are cures for any kind of disease but scientists just haven't found them yet.

Weekly Random Pictures

Sorry my weekly random pictures are late but here they are. They're some more customized skateboards. There is also a customized wheel. It's weird but funny to me. Each board has a means something to me. I guess one is an eyeball board and there is a Greg signature board which is the black board. The next one is the messed up board. It's a shout out to my friend Jed. Hope you enjoy them.

Biomes

Biomes are like communities with animals vegetations and climates. The biomes are rainforests which are humid and hot. The desert biome is snakes and rabbits and the vegetation would be like grass and cactus. The Arctic Tundra is always cold. There is no vegetation so the animals like polar bears and walrus's have to eat each other to survive. The grasslands have of course grass. They have zebras and lions and giraffes. The last biome is the Taiga. Those were all the biomes of earth.

Geography

Geography is the environment of a certain place.The geography of a place can be beautiful of ugly. An example of a beautiful environment or geography is my neighbors yard because they have a lot of plants and their grass is really clean. An example of an ugly environment is a dump yard because theres trash thats polluting the air. I love beautiful environments. I don't know who likes ugly environments. I like getting dirty though.

Climate

Climate is the weather that it usually is at a region. I will give you some facts about the climates in some regions. One region is the tropical climate. They are very hot. There is alto of rain there too. The temperate region is hot in the summer and not so cold in the winter. The continental region is located in the Northern Hemisphere. There are cold in the winters. The polar region is really cold and is located in the north and south pole. These are some of the climates for some regions.

Here are my next weekly random pictures. It is my customized sk8bord. And it is a turtle and a sk8ing dog and a small car. I like the sk8ing dog. I wish my dog could sk8. The turtle is pretty much pounding on his food. I wish I had the car. I have no idea why I just do. If this LOL sk8bord were real I'd get it.

Valentines Day

Valentines Day is a day where you love your lover I guess. People give out cards and candy. I have no idea what my mom and dad are doing for me. I am going to spend more time with my family more than my sk8 bord. I'm also going to try harder on getting better grades. My mom always does something for me on Valentines Day. I love it. I love my family. What are you going to do for your family and are they doing something for you? If they are what is it if you know?

What do you think?

I would vote for Clinton in the Democrat party and Romney for the Republican party. It sucks that he dropped out though. I'm not saying I was going to vote for him but if Clinton wasn't running for president I would probably vote for him. He dropped out though. Maybe because he didn't think he had enough votes. I'm still not sure. What do you think? Should he had stayed or not?

Superbowl 42

Last Sunday was Superbowl 42. It was so cool and it sucked in a way. I wanted the New England Patriots to win. Unfortuneltly the New York Giants won. It was 13 to 17. If the Patriots would have won Tom Brady the quarterback of the Patriots would have joined the hall of fame. I thought the Patriots would have won for sure. Me and my family enjoyed the superbowl though. Here is my next weekly picture.
